Justin has a reputation as one of the top fitness professionals in California.  He is the owner and founder of California Fitness Academy in Visalia, CA.  He has worked with hundreds of clients from all walks of life.  From professional athletes, junior college athletic teams, high school athletes, endurance athletes, youth sport teams and the general fitness population, Justin’s approach is to increase an individual’s vitality of life through cutting edge exercise and nutrition prescription.  Justin prides himself on learning the science behind exercise and his program is constantly researched and updated.  He attends seminars and workshops throughout the year and is alwaysreading related material. 

Along with training and fitness coaching, Justin is an author, motivational and public speaker and active community member.  Justin is a free lance writer and his articles can be seen at www.strengthcoach.com, the world’s best online resource for strength and conditioning,www.trifuel.com, a triathlon resource, www.active.me, a triathlon resource and www.myfitnesschannel.com.  He also writes a weekly column for the Visalia Times Delta Newspaper titled “Fitness Tips of the Week”.  Justin is an active participant in the sport of triathlon.  He founded and is the President of the Visalia Triathlon Club and has completed over 25 multi-sport events, including 3 Half Ironmans and 2 half-marathons.

Played college football for New Mexico Highlands University.  Was named to all-conference and all-academic teams.  Also played for the Central Valley Coyotes arena football team as the place-kicker in 2004.

Kelly Montana resides in Springville and owns and operates “Coach Kelly Mo” fitness center located across the street from the River Island Golf Course-no affiliation. Besides a lifelong passion for health and fitness, she has been involved in the industry since 1980. Experience includes competing in various Triathlons, the LA Marathon, and numerous other competitive events including the Napa Valley College Women’s Golf Team, plus she has been very involved in Health Club start ups, gym management and group exercise instruction.

Her credentials include the following;

ü  B.S. Cal Poly Pomona, Microbiology, Chemistry Minor, Med Tech Option

ü  Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), National Association of Sports Medicine

ü  Certified Golf Fitness Instructor, Titleist Performance Institute (TPI)
